Our campaign is complete and most bows have made their way to your mailboxes! Because of your donations, the Foundation will be able to fulfill our mission to support the students and staff at our school by keeping class sizes small, offering unique classes outside the curriculum, care of our memorial gardens, and host student activities like Call to Conversation.
(we have a few more bows going up in the upcoming weeks)

SLC Applications are now open for FRESHMAN applicants. Please fill out the form below.
Applications are due December 13.

The memorial garden for Dr. Hugh McLeod, generously donated by his wife Leslie and his daughter Lauren, has been getting some TLC. Over the summer the large columns were pressured washed, and our landscaper has been trimming and weeding. A new memorial plaque was install and some fall foliage has been planted in the two main pots at the entrance to the garden. This garden, located behind the cafe, is used by many students to take a much needed respite, study for tests, catch up with a friend, or enjoy a sunny day. Thanks to Jennifer Labarthe for her time and talent helping the Foundation to make the garden a place for all to enjoy.

Walton’s Habitat for Humanity invites Parents & Students for an Information Session: October 7th, 6:30pm, Media Center Lecture Hall
Walton Habitat was very active in the past with over 200+ student members, raising over $40,000 a year. Because of new Cobb County regulations, we were unable to fundraise all of last year and weren’t able to participate in the build. We are trying to build a strong Parent Board to supervise volunteering opportunities and fundraisers and bring back this amazing and necessary organization to Walton.
This club has allowed students to earn many service hours in the past and actively serve in their community! This is a great cause, and we would love for students to join and parents to volunteer.
The Foundation is recognized by the IRS as a not for profit 501(c)(3) charitable organization; your donation is tax deductible to the full extent of the law. EIN 58-1985878. Copy of IRS Determination Letter for 501(c)(3) status.
By supporting the Foundation, you are investing in your child’s education, as well as tomorrow’s leaders and problem solvers. We appreciate your support!
The Walton High School Foundation provides a distinct and essential role in improving the quality of student education by supporting teachers and administrators, fulfilling needs as they arise and reducing class sizes to enhance student achievement.
