Raising funds to enrich the Walton High School Community
Get ready for the new school year by completing the Online Orientation Olympics!
Be an early bird and join the Foundation by donating today! Help us reduce class size, beautify the school grounds, encourage our faculty/staff, and fulfill various needs that arise throughout the year.
When you go to school on July 29th for Orientation, be sure to check out the wonderful landscaping update that has been in the works this summer. We thank those that have donated to enable this latest project!
Would you like your student to start the new school year organized and prepared for an excellent semester at Walton? You and your student should join us for one of our Study Skills Seminars.
You and your student will learn how to take effective notes and to utilize class and study resources offered at Walton to be better organized and prepared for his or her classes.
Learning Specialist and former teacher, Natalie Collins M.Ed., will be offering three 1.5 hour seminars in the Walton’s Lecture Hall, which is in the Media Center.
Study Skills Seminar Times:
• Tuesday, July 27, 2021 from 10:00 am – 11:30 am
• Tuesday, July 27, 2021 from 1:30 pm – 3:00 pm
• Wednesday, July 28, 2021 from 6:00 pm – 7:30 pm
One parent must attend with his or her student so that you are also aware of the resources available and the various organizational systems that can benefit your student. The cost of the seminar is $50.00. We have a limited number of students and parents we can accommodate to ensure an effective program.
