Would you like your student to start the new school year organized and prepared for success at Walton? Join us for one of our Study Skills Seminars!
You and your student will learn how to take effective notes and to utilize class and study resources offered at Walton to be better organized and prepared for his or her classes.
Learning Specialist and former teacher, Natalie Collins M.Ed., will be offering two 1.5 hour seminars in the Walton’s Lecture Hall, located inside the Media Center.
Study Skills Seminar Times:
• Thursday, July 25, 2024 from 9:30 am – 11:00 am
• Monday, July 29, 2024 from 6:00 pm – 7:30 pm
One parent MUST attend with his or her student so that you are also aware of the resources available and the various organizational systems that can benefit your student. The cost of the seminar is $55.00 per student. Seating is limited so please register for your desired session date/time soon. Your registration is not complete until payment is made.
