The Student Leadership Council (SLC) is a club under the Foundation of Walton High School. We plan and host events that create lifelong memories for Walton’s students while fundraising for our school and community charities. In a typical year, SLC hosts the Homecoming Dance, Powder Puff, Grill Days, WEB pizza, Hoops for Hope and other fundraisers for CHOA and the school. We try to keep the membership to 45-50 students so that each student can have meaningful leadership experiences. We focus on leadership characteristics, as well marketing and fundraising skills. Our members are required to commit 15 hours per semester which includes our meetings. The deadline for applications is December 16, 2022.
Your membership will be for the Spring 2023 semester with the option to continue in the 2023-2024 school year.
